That's 60s and 70s French pop icon Michel Polnareff. Apparently, the poster that follows, promoting a 1972 tour, was a big moment in his career.
Update: Lauren is correct to point out that this post needs one more image, the photograph that inspired the Michel-Jake comparison, with a little blur added, to accentuate the heat on the dancefloor...
